Premium Materials & Craftsmanship

The Dream is made from solid aluminum. After initial polishing, it receives a high-quality lacquer — the same type used in Formula 1 and marine applications.

• Available in 15 colors and 3 finishes: glossy, matte, and handcrafted.

• Optional mirror-polished finish, achieved by hand-polishing each individual part.
  Small imperfections highlight the authenticity of the craftsmanship, making each machine unique.

  Ascaso uses AISI 304 stainless steel filters with extremely precise perforation tolerance (max. 0.02 mm) for optimal extraction.

• 58 mm portafilter size
  The same size used in professional espresso machines.

Brewing System

• Compatible with ground coffee and ESE pods

• Optional adapter available for capsules

• 20-bar pump ensures strong extraction (regulated by OPV in Dream ONE)

• Three-way solenoid valve releases pressure after extraction and enables backflushing
