Returns & Exchanges Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at info@junglebrew.coffee. Returns should be sent to the following address: Jozefa Kozáčeka 1728/27, Zvolen, 960 01, SK.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, some items cannot be returned, including perishable goods such as coffee, honey, and mead. For food and beverage items, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened.
We also cannot accept returns on custom or personalized products. If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out to us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To ensure you get the product you want, we recommend returning the item you have and making a separate purchase for the new item once your return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For shipments to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, and without justification. As mentioned above, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you and let you know whether your refund was approved or not. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
